Welcome to Den 1!
Webelos (Arrow of Light)
The Webelos Cub Scout Program prepares children who have completed third grade (or are age 10), but have not yet completed fifth grade (or reached age 11 1/2) to bridge into a Boy Scout troop. Pronounced "WEE-buh-los", the word "Webelos" stands for WE'll BE LOyal Scouts. After earning the Bobcat badge, a child may earn the Webelos Badge and Arrow of Light Award.

Scoutbook is the official application used by Pack 283 and the Scouts BSA to track scout advancement, and every parent should have the ability to report their own scout's advancement through the application. If you are not able to log in to Scoutbook, please contact your den leader, an assistant cubmaster, or the cubmaster to request access. If you report the completion of an adventure or rank, please make sure to notify your den leader so they know to approve and award it promptly. Here is a link to Scoutbook website.
