Job Summaries for Open Positions:

           

-Cubmaster Committee: Committee of three people to primarily plan and conduct Pack meetings during school year.  Committee members can rotate as Cubmaster or each can take specific pack meetings to conduct (currently have 9 meetings per year). Open to any parent, no experience necessary, training provided.  Much support provided by Pack Committee.  Pack meeting scripts from previous years available.

-Assistant Treasurer – work with current treasurer as needed this year to ensure smooth transition to Treasurer duties 1/07

-Rum River Coordinator – Track registrations, plan activity schedule or keep the one from prior years, serve as contact point for Rum River staff.

-Fall Tent Camping Coordinator – New event in October for scouts and their families.  Locate and book appropriate site, track registrations, and help Pack committee develop activity program.

-Community Service Chair – New position – Look for service opportunities for our pack within the community.  Organize 1-2 service projects per year (examples are Scouting for Food, toy drive, conservation projects, support of military personnel overseas, IOCP Sleepout, disaster response).  Serve as resource to den leaders looking for service project ideas.
