Follow up items based on my notes:
Julie - could you confirm every event that says WCC with Robin Carlson. Other than Blue and Gold I've assumed all Pack meetings are in the gym. Re: Wednesday committee meetings - That is a big church night and there is youth programming going on in the gym on Wednesday evenings - can you see what our options are for Pack Committee meetings Wednesday evenings.

Tim/Paul - are we solid on Lake Katrina booking - who will have the gate key - needs to be open by 6pm for setup.
Who was checking on Parkers Lake Shelter for Oct. 19?
Tim has confirmed Bob Gasch for Lake Katrina
Brad and Christopher looking at new vendors for Wreath Sales - need to confirm dates for picking up and dropping off forms and picking up wreaths. One of you also has a possible pumpkin source?
Join Scouting Night
Christopher - Sending flyer language to Scout Office. Bringing packet info, tattoos and signs and registration forms. Connie bringing handbooks, scarves, Pack calendar, cups and Lake Katrina flyers. Who has photo release form? Tim is MC. Connie, Christopher, Lori, Tim attending with a scout in uniform - who else said they'd come? Who's bringing juice?

Any volunteers for the open positions? Need people who come to Pack Committee meetings regularly or at least for the few months before and after event.
Den Assignments:
I've left these off the calendar until our events are in place.
Rob - do you want a den or dens assigned to help with Pinewood Derby or are you getting your own volunteers. Also do you want to put the Dad's race on the calendar.
Flag Ceremony/Den Presentation at Pack meetings - Do we want to assign skits/presentations at all Pack meetings or just some (October, February and May seem to be the busiest Pack meetings and some months we just don't get to them). We can add presentations to any Pack agenda if a den wanted to do one. Here's the math: we will have 13 or 14 dens this year (depending on the results of Join Scouting Night). Every Pack meeting needs a flag ceremony (9 Pack meetings). If we do skits November, December, January, March and April (5 Pack meetings) that will give us 14 slots to fill with about 14 dens - so each den will do either a Flag Ceremony OR a skit/presentation, but not both. Does that work for everyone (we'll give leaders a chance to pick before we assign them).
