Welcome to Pack 283!
Pack 283 is a Cub Scout Pack in Wayzata Minnesota. We are chartered by Wayzata Community Church. We were founded in 1944 and are the longest continuously chartered Pack in Minnesota. We currently have over 100 boys in the Pack. The program is open to all boys from kindergarten through fifth grade. Our Pack is made up of boys primarily from Gleason Lake and St. Bart's Elementary Schools. Click the links for more information about Cub Scouting and Pack 283.
Astronomy Belt Loop U of M
What:Astronomy Belt Loop Event
Presentation about the laboratory, the telescopes and astronomy. Then up to the roof to use the telescopes. This is a public viewing on the roof of the Tate Laboratory of Physics. Parents or Guardians need to be with the boys to maintain order as needed, especially because the general public will also be at this event.
When: February 24th- 8pm-9pm

Once in the building, take the south elevator to floor 4S. Go down the hallway to room 450 to access the roof. The presentations will occur in room 450 before we move into the dome and onto the roof.
